Ken Perry is a semi-retired software executive who specialized in customer support, professional services and sales. Ken’s success has been centered around product related customer-facing issues for start up companies and turnaround opportunities. Ken’s last position was Senior Vice President, Product Support and Customer Service for iLumin Corporation (acquired by CA in 2005). Prior to this, Ken held executive positions with several privately held and public software companies in the professional services and product support areas increasing customer satisfaction and resulting in remarkable growth of the professional services practices of these companies. Ken grew the professional services organization of Synon Corporation (acquired by Sterling Software) by 400% in less than four years and established several vertical practices and education centers across the country for the company. Ken was responsible for professional services at Morino, Inc. (merged with Duquesne Software to form Legent Corporation in 1989), Director of Professional Services for UCCEL Corporation (acquired by CA in 1986), where he was responsible for the ten-fold growth of this organization.Ken has over 30 years of experience with software and services firms ranging from mainframe to midrange computing in both systems software and application software.Ken is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Overview. |
