Justin Spencer joined Covad in 2002 and currently serves as Acting CFO with responsibility for all financial, accounting and corporate development activities within Covad. Prior to this, Mr. Spencer served as Vice President of Finance overseeing Covad's Corporate Development, Financial Planning and Investor Relations activities. Mr. Spencer began his employment with Covad in the product management organization.
Prior to Covad, Mr. Spencer worked for Hewlett Packard, helping to build its highly successful Service Provider business. Mr. Spencer has held positions in product management, business strategy, finance and corporate development in several industries including chemicals, financial services, healthcare, technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Spencer received a BA in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. |
