Mr. Skiver assists in handling client engagements, structuring and execution of transactions for T&C and TCP. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with American Commercial Capital (ACC), a Wells Fargo Capital Markets Business. ACC is a commercial finance company focused on providing capital to companies in the multi-unit retail industry. During his four year tenure at ACC, Mr. Skiver served in the underwriting group and successfully structured and financed transactions involving acquisitions, refranchising, dispositions, recapitalizations and management buyouts. Mr. Skiver's responsibilities included financial modeling, in-depth credit analysis, structuring, company valuations, researching industry trends and closing of transactions. Prior to joining ACC Mr. Skiver was an Analyst in the Closely Held Assets Group at Bank One. Responsibilities included performing fiduciary reviews and valuations of closely held corporations, limited partnerships, and family businesses. Mr. Skiver received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ohio University.
