Justin is a corporate and securities attorney in The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker. He is the Vice-Chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar. Justin’s practice focuses on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and public company representation. He recently joined the firm after practicing in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Salt Lake City office. Prior to entering law school, Justin worked as a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services.
