Mr. Gibbs brings to Remote Dynamics more than 10 years of experience in emerging technology companies. Mr. Gibbs' experience includes budgeting, financial modeling, accounting, and SEC reporting.
Mr. Gibbs has been the Controller at Remote Dynamics for the last 2 years, where he is primarily responsible for the Company's accounting, SEC reporting, forecasting, and management of billing. From 1999 - 2005, he served as the Company's Senior Financial Analyst. In that role, he was responsible for the Company budgets, as well as forecasting for capital raises and various accounting duties. Prior to Remote Dynamics, Mr. Gibbs was the Revenue Assurance Manager for TPN, Inc. from 1998 - 1999, a privately held satellite programming company. He was a Senior Accountant at TPN from 1997 - 1998. Mr. Gibbs earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin .
