Justin Dearborn is General Manager of the Demand Chain Management Solutions Group. In this role, he has responsibility for sales and overall strategy of the group and works closely with the Executive Vice President of Operations to manage the division’s day- to-day operations. In his most recent role, Mr. Dearborn served as Senior Vice President of Shared Services for the Company. In this role, he oversaw the Marketing and Managed Services functions for Click Commerce.
Since 2003, Mr. Dearborn served as Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs and Human Resources at Click Commerce. Mr. Dearborn was appointed Corporate Secretary on May 2, 2003. Mr. Dearborn joined Click Commerce in 1997 from Motorola. While at Motorola Mr. Dearborn specialized in intellectual property transactions. Mr. Dearborn worked in the Motorola's Government Sector on the Iridium Project as well as management positions in the Semiconductor and Corporate Groups.
