Justin T. Shay has been practicing law in Rhode Island for well over twenty years. He has extensive experience practicing before all Rhode Island state and federal courts, including appellate practice and administrative boards. Mr. Shay’s clients include: general business organizations, banking and financial institutions, real estate title companies, insurance companies, and various health care providers, including health care institutions and physicians. Mr. Shay is a 1978 graduate of Providence College and a 1982 graduate of New York Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Defense Research Institute and the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Shay is a former Assistant Solicitor for the town of North Kingstown. |
