Justin M. Spragg has served as ISE's General Counsel since June 2004 and was elected Corporate Secretary in August 2005.
Prior to joining ISE, Mr. Spragg was an associate at Heller Ehrman LLP, a national law firm, where he worked as a corporate transactional attorney from 1999 to 2004, representing both public and private companies in the technology industry, including ISE. Mr. Spragg holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and a J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law |
