Mr. Alaburda provides counsel and support on real estate and construction matters as well as on civil and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining BDB, he served as a legal intern at Capital University General Litigation Clinic in Columbus, Ohio, where he represented qualifying clients in civil, criminal, domestic and probate matters.
His previous experience includes conducting settlement negotiations and drafting pleadings and motions, trial and mediation preparation, title searches and exam title reports, and various legal research projects.
Mr. Alaburda gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Crabbe, Brown & James, LLP in 2006, as well as with Edminister & Associates in 2005. In addition, he held a Judicial Clerkship position with The Honorable Anne Taylor, of the Franklin County Municipal Court, in 2005.
