Mr. Wolfort has over five years investment banking experience working on private and public offerings of equity and debt, merger and acquisition mandates, fairness opinions, and other advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Western Reserve, Mr. Wolfort was with KeyBanc Capital Markets/McDonald Investments as an Analyst in the Equity Finance Group, where he worked on public equity transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Wolfort also worked in KeyBanc’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he worked on capital markets and advisory transactions for Real Estate Investment Trusts and Private Real Estate Companies. Mr. Wolfort also completed internships with KeyBanc’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Investment Banking Groups , in addition to an internship in the Yield Improvement Department of LTV Steel (now ArcelorMittal). Representative clients of Mr. Wolfort include American Compressed Steel, Inc., The Burger Iron Company, Claymont Steel, Elyria Foundry, Excel Mining Systems, Inc., First Potomac Realty Trust, Giltz & Associates, Inc., Ohio Moulding Corporation (OMCO), and Ramco Gershenson Property Trust, Sharon Custom Metal Forming and Weston, Inc.
Mr. Wolfort’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Syracuse University. Mr. Wolfort serves on the Board of Trustees, as well as the Executive Committee, for Playhouse Square Partners, a non-profit organization designed to support Playhouse Square Center of Cleveland and its historic theatres. He also serves on the Board of The Alpha Epsilon Pi Syracuse Alumni Association and The Jewish National Fund (JNF) for the Northern Ohio Region. |
