Jun Wada leads the Industrial Product Practice for Kepner-Tregoe (KT) Japan. His team works collaboratively with clients to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Engagements often focus on trouble management, an approach to addressing issues that hinder performance in factories. He also works with clients to improve operational efficiency by optimizing management resources and to build sales efficiency through a program of sales empowerment.
Since joining KT in 1991, he has managed strategy formulation and operational improvement programs for a wide range of clients. Clients appreciate Wada-san's user-friendly and collaborative approach to issue resolution. Wada-san and his team help clients achieve rapid, targeted results and embed lasting improvements that are sustainable over time.
Prior to joining KT, Wada-san was a bond dealer with Fuji Bank and Credit Suisse, where he developed a valuable, international perspective and solid financial expertise. Wada-san graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in law. |
