Julien Springs joined Beach First National Bank as senior vice president and business development officer in February 2001, and has more than 26 years of experience in banking and loan production in the Myrtle Beach area. Springs previously served The Anchor Bank as a senior vice president and was its city executive for the Myrtle Beach market for four years.
A native of Myrtle Beach, Springs is chairman of the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center’s board of directors. He also serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Grand Strand YMCA and the Myrtle Beach Downtown Redevelopment Corporation. He is a life time member of the First United Methodist Church. Springs received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Banking and Finance from the University of South Carolina and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He also attended the Robert Morris Associates Commercial Lending School. |
