Julie Solomon, Vice President, has more than 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in the areas of regulatory and utility economics, financial analysis, and business valuation. Ms. Solomon has advised clients in the electric utility industry on corporate restructuring strategies, and consulted to legal counsel on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters, including antitrust and contract disputes. She has participated in the evaluation of proposed regulatory reforms, analysis of supply options, privatization, and restructuring in the electricity industry. Most recently, a large portion of Ms. Solomon’s consulting activities involves electric industry restructuring and the transition from regulation to competition, including consulting on competition and market power issues with respect to mergers, other asset transactions, and market-based rate applications. Prior to rejoining CRA, Ms. Solomon was a Senior Vice President of PHB Hagler Bailly. |
