Julie started her employment with Alaska Pacific in September 2007. She brought over eight years of experience as a strategic level finance officer to the position. Highlights include serving as the Chief Financial Officer for another local financial institution from 1999-2004, working as the Director of Finance and Development for the Sealaska Heritage Institute from 2004-2005, and holding the position of Assistant State Comptroller and Comptroller for the State of Alaska from 2005, until accepting her new position with Alaska Pacific. She has a Masters of Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the bank's overall financial management, including oversight of budgeting, analysis, forecasting, interest-rate risk, and financial reporting. |
