Description of Practice:
Julie W. Russ is senior counsel with the firm's Orange County Office where she practices in the firm's commercial litigation group. Ms. Russ' litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of areas including contract disputes, unfair competition disputes and property rights.
Ms. Russ has been admitted to practice by the State Bar of California, the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts; the California Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, and the Orange County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Ms. Russ received her B.A. with honors in 1994 from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her J.D. with honors in 1998 from the George Washington University Law School where she was selected to serve on the Moot Court Board and the Environmental Law Journal. |
