Julie Elgar focuses her practice on employment litigation representing management. Her practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies. She drafts and reviews employment policies, employment contracts, and employee handbooks. Julie also advises clients regarding compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
Julie is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle District of Georgia. She is a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations as well as the Society for Human Resources Management. Julie is a frequent speaker on issues related to employment law.
