JULIE M. DREIXLER joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in January 2008. Before joining Ventas, Ms. Dreixler was a Vice President, Human Resources for Cardinal Health where she served as a business partner within the Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment. Much of her focus there included leading organizational change and integration activities to support business goals. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Human Resources, for Sara Lee Coffee & Tea, with responsibility for the U.S. Foodservice business. Previous work experience includes various HR positions with Citibank, Aris-Isotoner (a division of Sara Lee), GE Capital (two different business units) and Chicago Title and Trust. She received a B.A. in Public Administration, Political Science and German from Augustana College and an M.S. in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from Loyola University.
