Julie White Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources assumed her current role in May 2007. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives as well as the management of compensation and benefits human resource service centers systems and payroll finance team member relations and assistance talent management learning and development and diversity for over 160 000 Wells Fargo team members.
A 21-year veteran of Wells Fargo White was previously Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Home and Consumer Finance from 1998 to 2007. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Norwest Services Inc beginning in 1994 and also held Human Resources positions with Norwest Operations and Norwest Technical Services.
Before joining the company in 1987 she was a training manager at CENEX now the energy brand of CHS Inc. a Fortune 500 company.
She received a B.A. in English and political science from Bethel University has completed graduate course work in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota. White is a board member for Best Buddies Central Iowa and a member of the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation. |
