Julie Fieber is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office practicing complex commercial litigation. Ms. Fieber has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fieber worked as an engineer for ICF Kaiser Engineers, focusing on the environmental impacts of legislation affecting automotive fuels and technologies. During law school, Ms. Fieber was an extern law clerk to Associate Justice Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court.
Representative Matters
Arbitrating a claim for breach of a service agreement, achieving full recovery of damages, attorneys' fees and costs.
Defending a shareholder derivative action over a failed baseball league. Using repeated demurrers and a successful motion for bond, obtained dismissal of all claims with no monetary settlement.
Representing a former purchaser of a savings and loan in a breach of contract trial against the United States Government in the Court of Federal Claims.
Representing People Soft in its unfair competition action against Oracle arising from Oracle's hostile tender offer for People Soft.
