As Vice President and General Counsel, Julie Dorst brings to Covalent Technologies an established background in intellectual property and business law.
Prior to joining Covalent, Julie held legal positions at Inktomi Corporation, Oracle Corporation, and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.
Julie’s practice emphasizes transactional work relating to information technology and intellectual property. She has handled complex transactions with entities ranging in size from start-ups to well-established corporations and has been instrumental in evaluating both short and long-term strategic implications of such transactions. Julie has been involved in establishing strategic alliances, cooperative arrangements, and new business models at Covalent. Julie also handles matters relating to general corporate affairs and employment.
Julie received a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. |
