Julie H. Sullivan became a Director of the Company in 2005. As of July 1, 2005, Dr. Sullivan is the Vice-President and Provost of the University of San Diego. From July 2003, Dr. Sullivan was a Professor of Accounting at the University of California, San Diego, Rady School of Management. Previously, she served as Interim Dean, Senior Associate Dean, and as a Professor of Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Dr. Sullivan currently serves as an advisory director for Schenectady International, a privately held chemical intermediaries company, and is on the non-profit boards of the Old Globe Theatre and Project Concern International. Dr. Sullivan received her Ph.D. in Business and Accounting, M.A. in Accounting and Taxation, and Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting with high honors from the University of Florida. |
