Ms. Edwards has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southern Union Company since July 2005 and immediately prior to that served as Executive Vice President - Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, as well as in other various financial roles, for Frontier Oil Corporation from 1991 to 2005. Southern Union Company is primarily engaged in the transportation and distribution of natural gas. None of Ms. Edwards' prior employers is a parent, subsidiary or other affiliate of Noble Corporation. Ms. Edwards holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in geology and geophysics from Yale University. She also serves as a director of the NATCO Group, Inc. |
