Julie White has represented domestic and international corporations, financial investors, sponsors, and other project participants in the U.S. and Australia. She has a diverse range of experience in the energy and resources and infrastructure fields including: acquisition and project financing of a wide range of projects, including renewable energy; restructure and refinancing; negotiated acquisitions and divestitures; and ongoing development and operational aspects of projects. She also has a diverse range of experience in real estate acquisitions and disposals; property development; major leasing; and the area of hotels and tourism with a focus on acquisition, disposal and development.
Ms. White's recent experience includes: representation of Bluewater Wind in the sale of several offshore wind sites (U.S.); and significant ongoing representation of Liberty Electric Power in connection with their activities in the generation market.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. White was associated with an Australian law firm, Freehills. Ms. White graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Bachelor of Applied Science with Distinction. Ms. White is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia. |
