Ms. Keller is experienced in a variety of complex litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, products liability, employment, general liability and class action defense.
Ms. Keller’s general litigation practice has involved virtually all aspects of case management in state and federal cases from the initial investigation through mediation and trial, including appellate work.
While in school, Ms. Keller clerked for the U.S. Senator Richard J. Durbin (D-Illinois) and was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal, 1997-1998.

Ms. Keller's representative matters include the following:
Representing elevator/escalator manufacturer in claims arising out of products liability.
Representing school districts in claims arising from alleged negligence and alleged constitutional violations
Represented clients in pursuit of and defense against motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Significant Decisions
Schmit v. TransUnion, LLC, and Key Bank, 2004 WL 785098 (N.D. Ill. April 12, 2004), summary judgment in favor of Key Bank entered in case alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
