Julie is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in directing and transforming HR departments to align with business strategies. Most of her experience has been gained in the financial services and professional services industries of U.S. Bancorp, Dain Rauscher and Grant Thornton.
Currently, she is the Director of Human Resources for Leonard, Street and Deinard. Julie has delivered a variety of training seminars in interviewing skills training, behavioral based interviewing, performance management, group dynamics, ethics and building a respectful workplace. She has also consulted on a variety of employee relations issues.
Julie’s most recent passion is the art of the dialogue and studying the narratives in which we live. She plans to pursue further study in this arena.
