Julianne is a Director in the Public Finance and Real Estate sections of Coats Rose, and brings twelve years of solid experience to her practice. Julianne was born in New Braunfels, Texas, and joined Coats Rose in 1997 after working at Phillips Petroleum Company. Her representation involves creation and administration of such districts and the issuance of tax-exempt financings.
