Juliana Barela is one of the two acting service delivery executives for TalentFusion. In this role she is responsible for the overall delivery of services to a variety of clients within TalentFusion’s Financial Services, Insurance and Banking Practices.
Prior to joining TalentFusion, Juliana worked at Knowledge Workers, a human capital management consulting firm as a Director of Client Services. She has experience in the areas of recruitment strategy development, definition of recruitment processes and effectively optimizing recruitment metrics.
Juliana has 12 years of recruitment and consulting experience. She has a Master’s in Organizational Development from Colorado State University. |
