Mr. Onorato has 25 years of experience within the financial services industry, including more than a decade in retirement plan services. He joins ExpertPlan from Automatic Data Processing, where, as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technical Services, he oversaw the delivery of products and services across five nationwide service centers. Mr. Onorato is internationally-known as a speaker on disaster recovery and contingency planning, and has addressed these topics before the United Nations, Interpol and other prominent organizations. Mr. Onorato earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Drexel University and has completed an executive program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania focused on reengineering the client service process. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Engineering Management Society, the SPARK and ASPPA. |
