Julian Gabiola is an income partner in the Pocatello office of Moffatt Thomas, practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, bad faith insurance defense, employment law, and general litigation. Mr. Gabiola graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Idaho. Mr. Gabiola earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. While at the University of Idaho College of Law, Mr. Gabiola participated in the 1995 Trial Advocacy Intensive Litigation Seminar and served as an attorney with the Idaho College of Law Legal Aid Clinic’s Appellate Program.Mr. Gabiola’s past experience includes clerking for the Honorable Peter D. McDermott and the Honorable N. Randy Smith, District Judges in the Sixth Judicial District Court of the State of Idaho, Bannock County.Mr. Gabiola is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. Mr. Gabiola is a member of the Portneuf Inn of Court, the Board of Trustees of the Marshall Public Library in Pocatello, Idaho, and a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Community in Pocatello, Idaho. Mr. Gabiola is an avid fly fisherman and an avid reader of World War II historical literature. |
