Ms. Meister graduated with honors from Xavier University and the Notre Dame Law School. She served as an editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law Ethics and Public Policy and as a teaching assistant. She received the A. Harold Weber Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. She has worked in administration at the Notre Dame Law School and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton Law School. Ms. Meister has a general commercial litigation practice, with a focus on class action, complex, and estate, trust and probate litigation matters. Ms. Meister is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Ohio; before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana; and before the United States Tax Court. She is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. She was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2005, 2006 and 2007 Super Lawyers Rising Star and by the YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement as a Rising Star. Ms. Meister serves as Chair-Elect on the Admissions Committee for the Cincinnati Bar Association and is a member of the firm's Employment and Ethics Committees. She is a member of two arts organizations' boards of trustees and is a member of the Board for Cincinnati Area Senior Services. |
