With nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage finance and financial services industries, Judy Harp brings a wealth of knowledge to NCS as CEO. Harp began her career in mortgage finance with Great American Bank, now Wells Fargo, as Manager of Consumer Loans.
As CEO, Harp is responsible for all aspects of NCS. Key responsibilities within NCS include strategic planning and partnerships, leadership and management development for senior management team, implementation of acquisition and growth strategy as well as financial oversight of NCS divisions. Harp has a strong track record for building customer-focused companies with excellent customer service performance. Together with a diverse technical services background, Harp is focused on expanding NCS's services into new, related lines of business which can both effectively use integrated technology solutions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
While serving as the Vice President of National Lending at Fidelity National Title, Harp built an extensive background in title as well as sales and marketing. Her primary responsibilities included incorporating various laws and regulations from multiple states to a single point of contact at Commonwealth Land Title.
