Judy Allen is a Partner and Global Practice Leader of Business Development for Major, Lindsey & Africa's In-House Practice Group. In addition to overseeing the strategy and best practices for MLA's global business development team, Judy is responsible for initiating and managing corporate accounts and continuing to build MLA's in-house business in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Judy earned her B.S. from the University of Southern California. Her passion for research and business lead her to the University of California, Irvine where she earned her M.B.A. at the Paul Merage School of Business in June of 2002.
Prior to joining MLA, she was a founding member of a business-to-business e-commerce firm. Judy created and managed the firm's human resource function and took major responsibility for taking the company from its developmental stage to a corporation successfully operating in multiple states. Subsequently, she moved to a well-known global staffing company in Southern California where she developed a unique direct hire program.
Judy's multidisciplinary background, understanding of organizational leadership, and experience building business with both public and private corporations enables her to effectively initiate new business and manage accounts for MLA clients from all industries.
