Dr. Roberts is an applied microeconomist with 20 years of combined academic and nonacademic experience and has conducted numerous large-scale econometric studies on a variety of subjects. Judy is currently working on a breach of contract dispute between a major retailer and a leading provider of financial services and on a calculation of antitrust damages in the pharmaceutical industry.

Conducted economic analyses for numerous matters involving antitrust allegations against pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Conducted damages analysis and prepared expert report for a semiconductor patent infringement matter. Damages included lost sales price erosion and reasonable royalty components.
Directed Huron's efforts in numerous class certification defenses.
Conducted damage analysis for defendant in electrical carbon antitrust litigation.
Prepared a forecast of asbestos-related liabilities for a major electric utility.
