Judy’s practice focuses on international and domestic corporate law. She has represented issuers in a variety of public and private offerings of equity securities. Judy has also advised clients on issues relating to corporate governance, compliance with SEC and disclosure obligations, business mergers and acquisitions.
On the transactional side, Judy works on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure facilities for energy acquisitions and international project development. She has worked on energy, infrastructure and related projects in the US and various countries in Latin America and Asia. Her work in the area of international energy transactions has included advising US energy companies in connection with the development and financing of cross-border power projects and acquisitions.
