Ms. Sprieser, who has been a director since April 2004, was the Chief Executive Officer of Transora, Inc., a technology software and services company that she helped found in 2000, from 2000 until its merger with UCCnet 2005. Ms. Sprieser was previously Executive Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, serving as Chief Executive of Sara Lee's Food and Foodservice operations from 1999 to 2000. Prior to assuming that post, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Sara Lee Corporation, and in various other financial and operating positions. Ms. Sprieser currently is a member of the boards of directors of Allstate Insurance Company, CBS Corporation, USG Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, plc, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Northwestern University's Board of Trustees.
