Judi Smith, Vice President and Loan Closing Manager, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in June 1987. Judi manages the daily operations of the loan closing department and personally closes approximately 75% of National’s loans. With over 25 years of loan administration and closing experience, Judi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each loan closing. Before coming to National, she was the Loan Administrator of an investment advisor for pension funds for 7 years. For the 3 years prior to that, Judi was with the Income Property Department at First Interstate Bank of Oregon. She has been active with the Oregon Mortgage Lenders’ Association Loan Closers Committee and has successfully completed a number of courses conducted by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Judi attended Southern Oregon University and is a native Oregonian |
