Judge Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation with an emphasis on mediation, personal injury litigation, and contract disputes. He regularly defends multiple litigation cases for a major railway company with claims in excess of $30 million involving crossing accidents, occupational injuries, and chemical exposure. Judge Brown handles contract development, EEOC violations, and litigation for a major commercial construction company with projects in several states. He is representing national and international corporations in the defense of products liability claims. He also serves as mediator at mediation hearings for many large cases involving a range of issues from contract disputes to significant personal injury claims.
