Mr. Sullivan joined HALO during July, 2005 and is responsible for managing HALO’s M&A activity. He has more than fifteen years experience as a corporate transactional attorney. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. Sullivan held various legal and corporate development roles, including serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Lakeview Technology, Inc., a Chicago-based software company, and serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of divine. Before joining divine, Mr. Sullivan was a partner in the corporate group at Chicago-based Katten Muchin Zavis and Rosenman, and was also formerly a partner in the corporate group at Chicago-based Hopkins & Sutter. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Illinois. |
