Juanell Hefner is MHN’s chief operations officer. Responsible for all operational aspects of MHN’s business, she is tasked with ensuring a common operational approach to our service delivery. By working in close partnership with MHN’s chief medical officer, she helps to ensure unity of purpose and operation between the company’s clinical and operational arms.Juanell comes to MHN from Health Net of California, where she was VP of Customer Solutions. In that leadership role, Juanell supported Health Net’s Customer Solutions value proposition and acquired a keen sense of the driving strategic vision that motivates our company’s success. Prior to that assignment, Juanell was VP Customer Contact Centers at Health Net, a position that brought her into close daily contact with the operational challenges and objectives of our customer-facing business. She has also held executive positions with Health Net Dental and Vision and with Vision Service Plan/VSP (a non-profit billion dollar Healthcare organization specializing in eyecare).Juanell holds a degree in Management from St. Mary’s College. She is a graduate of Health Net’s executive development program, has trained in executive management at the University of California, and holds certificates in executive-level Six Sigma training and in Zinger-Miller principals. |
