Mr Rodriguez Inciarte joined the Supervisory Board in November 2007.
Juan Rodriguez Inciarte joined Santander in 1985 after working with The Chase Manhattan Bank in London and with Midland Bank España. At Santander he has served as head of retail banking and wholesale corporate banking was a member of the Santander Board of Directors from 1991 to 1999 and is currently the head of Santander Consumer Finance and Group Executive Vice President. He was a Director of the The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC from 1988 to 2004. He also served as a Director First Fidelity Bancorp and First Union Corp. (now Wachovia Corp.) as well as San Paolo-IMI of Italy.
