Juan is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations for Installation, Maintenance, Project Management, Customer Service Department, Training, Engineering and Warehousing. Juan has many years of experience and background include all aspects of the telecommunications industry. Juan began his career working in the computer department for Illinois Bell in June of 1982. Since that time, Mr. Rodriguez has held the telecom positions Customer Support Manager, Hotline Support Manager, Customer Software Administration Manager, Software Specialist, Provisioning Manager, Technical Manager and Implementation Manger. During this time and experience Juan has supported such manufacturers as AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, Cisco, Expanets and NEC. |
