Juan Sierra joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in 1997 and is the firm's Highway Division Manager. He is responsible for client relationship development, project performance and business development. He oversees the efforts of transportation project managers and ensures adherence to quality control standards. Juan has led a variety of projects encompassing roadway and major interchange conception and geometric design, construction sequencing, traffic control, right-of-way acquisition plans, signing and marking. Juan has worked with multiple TxDOT districts and the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).Juan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a past president of the Tarrant County Chapter of the Texas Council of Engineering Companies. |
