Juan Carlos Estevez is currently the General Manager, Latin America at JumpTV, the world’s online television broadcaster and a KIT Capital portfolio company. In his role at JumpTV Juan Carlos is responsible for the overall strategic direction of JumpTV’s initiatives in Latin America. Prior to joining Recognition Group, Juan Carlos was Vice President of ARC International Corp., a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in providing domestic and international middle-market and emerging growth companies with a broad range of strategic financial advisory services including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory services, as well as portfolio optimization services to institutional investors. Prior to ARC, Juan Carlos worked with Credit Suisse First Boston’s Private Equity Group based in New York. At CSFB, Juan Carlos’ primary responsibilities were to generate, analyze and execute principal investment opportunities worldwide for privately held and publicly traded companies, particularly in Latin America. Prior to CSFB, Juan Carlos worked at Lehman Brothers and at the International Finance Corporation (the merchant-banking arm of the World Bank). Mr. Estevez holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS/BA from American University. He is fluent in Spanish. |
