Joyce E. Boyle is a graduate of Rutgers University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a graduate of Seton Hall School of Law. Michigan State University's Journal of Medicine and Law published Ms. Boyle’s health law/bioethics-related article "To Pay or Not to Pay, That Is The Question: Finding An Intermediary Solution Along the Moore Spectrum." She is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the State of New York. Her primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, toxic torts and environmental litigation. In addition, Ms. Boyle has experience representing insurance companies, including London Market companies, in complex coverage litigation. She is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Women’s Association for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. |
