Joyce A. Stoeberl is currently responsible for all matters relating to WVT’s Corporate External Affairs including Business Development Regulatory and Community Relations. In addition she also oversees all aspects of the Human Resource functions. Joyce serves as Corporate Secretary for WVT Communications.
She has worked in the telecommunications field her entire career holding many diverse management positions in the areas of Finance Legislative/Regulatory Customer Services Marketing & Sales and Operations. Prior to joining WVT Communications in December 2004 Joyce was employed as New York State Vice President for Frontier Communications where she was responsible for all facets of providing telecommunications services to 300 000 access lines.
Joyce holds a B.S. degree with concentrations in Accounting & Finance from Marymount College. |
