Joy is a partner in our Real Estate Department. Joy has experience in a diverse range of commercial and residential real estate transactions including financing, commercial leasing, and residential and commercial sales and acquisitions.
Joy regularly represents national and regional retail tenants, regional landlords, and corporate clients in leasing transaction throughout the United States. She has significant experience representing institutional lenders and developers in financings of commercial properties and has been actively involved representing developers in the sales and acquisitions of commercial properties.
Joy earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political science from Columbia University in 1987. She is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association. |
