As vice president for Visteon’s climate product group, Joy Greenway has global responsibility for core engineering, manufacturing, program launches, quality, program purchasing and business planning for climate control products.
Previously, Greenway was director, powertrain, responsible for product development and product strategies for Visteon’s global powertrain business. Prior to that, Greenway was director of Visteon’s Ford truck customer business group. She joined Visteon in 2000 as director of fuel storage and delivery strategic business unit.
Greenway has more than 20 years experience in industrial production, product development and quality management with such companies as GE Aerospace, Martin Marietta Corp., GE Industrial Power Systems and United Technologies Corp.
Greenway earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois. She also holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Syracuse University in New York and a master’s degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
