Joy Leo brings to Credence more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial management and increasing shareholder value. Previously, she provided executive-level financial consulting to select high-tech companies including serving as acting CFO at CoWare, Inc. Prior to consulting, Ms. Leo served as Vice President, Finance & Administration, CFO and Secretary at Artisan Components, a leading provider of physical intellectual property (IP) components used to develop complex system-on-a-chip (SoC) ICs. During her tenure, the company achieved year-over-year net income growth and closing stock price increased 400% while total assets nearly tripled, leading to a successful merger with ARM Holdings in December 2004.
Before Artisan, Ms. Leo held several financial and operational executive management positions including working as VP, Finance, Administration and CFO at IMP, Inc., manufacturer of integrated circuit semiconductor devices during the public company’s rapid turnaround, as VP Finance & Operation at Innomedia, and VP and CFO at Philips Components and Financial Controller at Philips Semiconductor. Ms. Leo holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
