Joy focuses on commercial business and finance law. She represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured commercial financing transactions. She has experience in single lender and syndicated financings including working capital and acquisition facilities. Joy regularly advises clients on Uniform Commercial Code matters.
Joy is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations and was previously an attorney at Jones Day. Joy joined Calfee in 2007. |
