Joshua A. Munn is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Boston office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
Joshua has represented clients in SEC and other regulatory enforcement proceedings, shareholder class actions, commercial contract disputes, and property insurance coverage claims. His clients have included financial services institutions, pharmaceutical manufacturers, a wireless communication provider, and a commercial real estate developer.
Joshua co-authored the article, Comment by Practitioners on In re Abbott Laboratories, 28 Bank & Corp. Governance L. Rep. 1103 (2002).
Joshua received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Emory University in 1994, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1999. While in law school, Joshua was Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
Joshua is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
